Sicna guarantees that its own caramels do not contain and are not derived from genetically modified organism. The whole range of raw materials used by Sicna are GMO-free certified.

ORGANIC CARAMEL
Sicna is able to offer a few organic caramels in order to meet the new requirements of the emerging organic market. These products are obtained by certified raw material and production process.

KOSHER
All Sicna products are Kosher approved:
     Kosher certification aromatic caramel.
     Kosher certification caramel colour.
     Kosher certification burnt sugar.

HACCP
Sicna developed , as provided by D. lgs. 155/97, a self-control system which guarantees quality products in the whole production/distribution cicle, as well as a adequate higyenic sanitary system to preven contaminations.
